Proof of Stake (POS) is a consensual mechanism for cryptocurrency mining that serves as an alternative to the Proof of Work (POW) mechanism used by Bitcoin. Bitcoin’s network security is based on a Proof of Work algorithm in the form of a block exploited by miners. Each node that wants to participate in the exploitation must solve a complex algorithmic problem to ensure the validity of the newly mined block. Those solutions are then rewarded in Bitcoins.

The Zynecoin is a cryptocurrency built on the Ethereum blockchain that uses a decentralized registry system to record and verify transactions associated with it. We have followed the standards of the Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EPI) they have been verified in the smart contracts.

Two smart contracts are generated: the first corresponding to the Zynecoin token and the second based on the ICO that will control, send, and receive funds from investors.
